What we collect on the site

Your name, mobile number and email address, if you choose to leave them. When you ask to receive the eligibility report by email, we also receive the name of the track the questionnaire matched you with, and who will handle the submission, as you selected. When you contact us from the questionnaire, we also receive the message you chose to write.

All other questionnaire answers are processed only in your browser and are not stored by us.

What we do not collect on the site

Passport details, documents, income data, criminal records or any other personal information. Documents needed for the service are sent by email only once you have engaged us, and only if you choose to.

What the information is used for

To contact you and to provide the service you requested. We will not sell or pass on your details to any third party, except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Are you required to provide information?

There is no legal obligation to provide us with information. You provide it voluntarily and with your consent. Without your name, mobile number and email, we won't be able to send you the report or get back to you.

Who we share information with

With the service providers that operate the site for us, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (site hosting and form protection) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may store information on servers outside Israel.

Your rights

You may access your information, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by writing to [email protected].

Retention and deletion

Documents are deleted at the end of the service unless you have requested otherwise. You may request deletion at any time at [email protected].

Security

The site is protected by encryption. We cannot guarantee that email communication is completely secure, so we recommend not sending documents until we ask for them.

Mailing list

We will send you content only if you have agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Preferences stored in your browser

The site stores, in your browser only, your progress in the questionnaire (until you close the tab) and the accessibility preferences you have chosen. This information is not sent to us.
