Terms of use and service
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding version.
1. General
Use of the Visatiq site and its services is subject to these terms. Using the site constitutes acceptance of them. These terms apply equally to everyone, regardless of gender.
2. Who we are
Visatiq is a private service that assists with submitting visa applications. The site and anyone acting on its behalf have no connection to the authorities of Thailand and/or Israel, to the embassy, or to any government body. The visa is issued solely by the competent Thai authority.
Business details: VISATIQ ISRAEL. Email: [email protected]. Phone: 052-7373701.
3. Nature of the service
- The service is administrative: guidance, file preparation, document checks before submission, and — if the client chooses — help with submission. The service is not a legal service and is not tax advice.
- There is no guarantee whatsoever that the application will be approved. The decision rests solely with the authorities.
- The service is conditional on the client's cooperation and on providing the required documents.
- Processing time depends on external factors. No time estimate is given.
- The eligibility report on the site is based on the information you provided, and is a preliminary assessment only.
4. Information on the site
The information on the site is general and is not personal advice or a binding offer. Rules in Thailand change, so always verify against the official source before applying. Every page shows when it was last checked.
5. Engagement
Each service is covered by a separate service agreement, setting out the service, the price, the service start date and the cancellation terms. When you engage us, we will email you a document with the transaction details, as required by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. If these terms conflict with the service agreement, the service agreement prevails, provided that it does not reduce your rights under the law.
6. Prices, fees and payment
- Prices on the site are for the service fee only and do not include VAT, which will be added as required by law.
- The official fees are paid to the relevant authority and are listed separately from the service fee. Before any payment, both amounts will be shown separately.
- Third-party costs, such as translation, apostille, insurance or delivery, are not part of the service fee and will be shown in advance.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation is governed by the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. In summary:
- One-time service: you may cancel within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the document with the transaction details, whichever is later, provided that you cancel at least two days, not counting rest days, before the service start date.
- Ongoing service (for example, a reminder service): you may cancel within the 14 days described above, even if the service has already started, and at any time after that. Charges stop from the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation fee: on cancellation as described above, a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or 100 ₪, whichever is lower, will be charged. No cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation results from a breach on our part.
- Refund: refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
- Senior citizens (65 or older), people with disabilities and new immigrants: where the engagement included a conversation between you and us, you may cancel within four months, subject to the conditions of the law. We may ask for a document proving eligibility.
- After the service has started and outside the statutory periods: cancellation is handled under the service agreement, and payment will be proportional to the stages of work completed, as set out in the agreement.
- How to cancel: by written notice to [email protected], including your name and the transaction details, or by phone at 052-7373701. We will confirm receipt of your notice in writing.
8. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information and the authenticity of the documents they provide. Incorrect or missing information may lead to the application being refused, and we are not responsible for this.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the authorities' decisions, for delays on their part, or for rule changes after the submission date. Our liability in connection with the service is limited to the service fee actually paid, except for liability that cannot be limited under the law.
10. Recommendations of third parties
The site and anyone acting on its behalf have no connection to the parties the site recommends. Recommendations of parties such as schools, colleges, courses, insurance and the like are recommendations only; they are not a guarantee of service, nor a rating by the site.
11. Links to other websites
The site may include links to official websites and to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
12. Intellectual property
All rights in the site, including the design, code, structure, texts and illustrations, are reserved by Visatiq. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
13. Privacy
The collection and use of information are governed by the privacy policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect from the date they are published and do not apply to transactions already made.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction is vested in the competent courts in Israel.
